It's obviously a simple concept.I'm a lender and I'd be the first to say that if I'm not communicating well on my end then that's obviously unsettling for the borrower whose trying to navigate their pursuits wanting to have clarity on this issue or that issue pertaining to funding.

I received a call from my lender with unsettling news an hour ago.Apparently, since I currently live in an apartment and do not own my primary residence, the underwriter will not be able to ratify the purchase because on paper, it seems as if I am attempting to purchase the rental property as my primary residence- even though I showed documentation of my current lease agreement and two months worth of utility bills.

I just heard the "this call is being recorded" when a lead called.An article that also mentions this: While some agents appreciate the service, others find it unsettling - Inman - requires subscription.I am in CA, and I wonder how legal this is with our 2 party consent.

A couple highlights:MFHs can usually render better more cash flow since they typically cost less per unit compared to a SFH.MFHs can save you on capital expenditures since the roof, foundation, and other components are often shared.However, MFHs tend to see a higher turnover, I remember always feeling unsettled staying in a multi-family, but some people live in them for years.MFHs are often hard to value since they vary greatly in type and location.
