Threw the old couches, mattresses, dressers, general trash, diapers, etc into the swimming pool, ruining the plaster, smashed all the water turn off valves under the sinks and washing machine with a hammer, tub full of **** and urine, clogged with a towel, toilet pulled from the floor, stove and oven smashed with a hammer, etc.

(Let's not forget the lice either).There are holes in almost every wall of the house...drug paraphernalia found in random parts of the house...open up a dresser and you find more trash upon trash...The in ground pool was half-full (trying to stay positive), the water turned a nice brownish color!

We often have no pool and an unreasonably large cleaning fee.Like the bedroom that looked nice in the photos is sooo small that you can not open the dresser drawers or walk around the bed.

:(A couple of times we've sold our personal homes, after a viewing appointment we've come home to find our drawers had been opened and sometimes items placed on top of the dresser/cabinet...we never noticed anything missing.
