But with the incredible amounts of information, I've seen many investors "beat the dead horse" by constantly analyzing all the little things that can go wrong trying not to miss a single thing.  

Actually mine is in a crawl space and we have developed quite a relationship (she is a 1/3 horse Zoeller), but I do have a new back up ready to drop should she fail in my storage closet.
