Has the tenant provided documentation from her health care provider?

I own a healthcare practice and could certainly obtain business credit cards for that business, but I'm more interested in obtaining business credit cards to assist with investing in real estate (which is what so many of their clients do).

My name is Eric, I live in Addison TX, and I work in healthcare IT. 

Instead of pursuing a healthcare profession and spending years going through a rigorous curriculum, with the help of my father, I decided to dive into the business side of Healthcare, which is very lucrative.

But, we would also need more/better healthcare, and more/better entertainment and shopping.  

I am selling my three clinics and trying to decide if I want to do part-time pediatric dentistry and build another clinic to get business cash flow (but still be tied to a schedule somewhat) or make the jump fully into real estate investing.

Don't count out Pittsburgh as Shital suggests, its a great area esp.for rentals because of the colleges, tech industries and healthcare industry. 

We had enough rentals (SFR, MF & commercial) to support our lifestyle, and replace my lucrative income in health care.
