Or another option could be they have this motion detectors at Harbor Frights and basically it makes a loud noise to scare of those who mean no good.

Not only do National averages have nothing to do with your community, demographics are in motion too and jobs get lost as well as created AND that can vary between two cities in the same County.Setting the rent to the FMR on the day of signing the lease is one art.

This is from the uniform building code.Unless you upgrade or fix it then you need to bring it up to code.

Not a bad income when all you need to do is file a motion once every few months or so.I had one guy, I did a short sale on two of his properties for him, ask me if he really needed his attorney he had been paying $500/mo for each property for over a year.

Until I see leadership behind an actual bill to stop it, then I will expect it to happen.I guess I will go on record as saying I do not think it is appropriate for people in congress to say they do not want a law enforced uniformly in all states.
