I am great with people and wish to infect some of you with my personality.

When viral transmission was fairly well understood and we knew that large social gatherings were dangerous, kids we're partying on - and getting infected like crazy. 

So I told them to pay their rent on time.Then they went ahead and said the previous travel nurse didn’t pick up the dog **** and that their son had to go to the hospital because he fell in it and got a staph infection.

I also had him treat the new unit that I had the infected tenant move into just to be safe. 

According to my attorney, an eviction moratorium has the net effect of withholding access to the legal system for one party in this contract.In contrast, the CDC's opinion was that the eviction moratorium was necessary to curb the spread of COVID because those that are evicted may become homeless and spread infection more quickly.Do you feel eviction moratoriums are unconstitutional or that owners have an obligation to society to not evict during this pandemic?

But let's say for argument's sake Joe's collar bone got infected and he lost the use of his arm and can no longer work.

What do you do when you are aware that a neighbor's rental property (not yours) has a potential mold issue because everyone that rents it moves out after getting horribly sick with pneumonia and recurring respiratory infections?

My wife went thru a life changing brain infection last year and has permanent physical challenges and I want to be able to provide her with the best care and opportunities I can along with our 9 kids!

.  The first infection was a long time ago and I don’t remember the exact attorneys fees, but I believe it was an excess of $5000.
