Real estate flyers and band posters....Clothing?

@Wesley Cleveland - if you’re thinking about investing with Morris, you’d probably be better off taking that dough to the roulette wheel, or tossing it on extravagant vacations and fancy clothes- at least you’d get something of value for those greenbacks.

It's still pretty rough around the edges, but there are a few yoga studios, a new relatively hipster bar... seems to have the potential for price changes in the next 5 years or so...

Additionally, we are starting to just give out clothing to thrift stores, as well as contractors and people who are out on the road often.

no like toy clothes  furniture  stuff like that 

I wouldn't consider it hoarding but the amount of clothing this husband and wife had blows my mind. 

She says she can smell it in her clothing. 

Neither can be climbed out of without the aid of tools, and this is no different.I'm looking (HARD) for an example where doing nothing and willingly losing $1000/month before you even get out of bed, house, feed, or clothe yourself is the "best course of action".

I think people like this are just made of a different cloth than the rest of us.

Before you rent it the next time, be specific:The rental includes a clothes washer and dryer for Tenant use.
