I'm very much of the stance that forming an LLC before you buy anything is very much putting the cart before the horse.

It is .6 acres, plenty of parking for boats and cars, no HOA, no restrictions, big side yard for volley ball net / badminton, horse shoes, corn hole, or whatever.

THAT is when companies should strive to offer good customer support.My clients were getting no leads and they were forced to KEEP paying them every month.If you come at me with the excuse "ohh we already set up the account".. that already is horse crap because  they just copy the provide over and make some tweaks here and there.. but what is the reason that they had to keep on paying month after month when they simply are not performing any results??

We can all sit on our high horses and say "that's not the right way" but Imagine sitting on a project for a month not being able to do absolutely anything, paying 15% interest while you wait for the city to get to you. 

There is a lot of putting the cart before the horse from that perspective from what I see on the forums.

you simply get used to never going to a gas station :) My neighbors have never used a gas station either :) but they have to buy food for the horse pay vet bills etc..  

I think I can sum this up.. you can lead a horse to water but you cant make them drink..
