Our housing market is hot like the rest of the country and with an aging population we have high demand for healthcare employees.

Also again we're looking at switching strategies and potentially STR one or two of the units because of its close proximity to a massive health care complex and college.

Toledo has a very strong healthcare system and an aging population.
