On top of the above Spokane downtown is a real cool place to hang out, the city has great public transport as well as access to nature in every direction.

Nothing more than transportation for most truck owners.Love Caravans, most practical vehicle built.

Close to shopping, restaurant, public transportation, schools, church, town athletic fields, and the sportsman's club.

The rest of the economy will boom, the cost of transportation will drop and deliveies will only happen in non-rush hour and overnight.  

Transportation- the idea of self driving cars makes a commute not as daunting to many folks.

STR might also see an uptick for "staycation" type travel in the coming months or years with people wanting a time away in a space other than their home, yet also wanting to avoid the use of public transportation including airplanes.What do you think?

How will crops be planted, harvested, transported, processed, packaged, delivered?

A class brand new just built all sorts of modern amenities including big GYM  maybe day care  coffee shop etc.. all within blocks of each other same public transportation and same schools.. this is where the New buildings could have big move in bonus's and renters leave the lower tire props for the brand new one.. you still need great/good credit to get into ABC in Portland..  

I looked for one within 30 mins of Manhattan with lots of access to public transportation.
