As first time customers, it was a little alarming from long response times from the PM, the lack of awareness and just being set up correctly in the system between our email addresses to banking information.

That is clear bubble dynamics.But if you look at 2020-2021, the run up isn't alarming in the slightest and we are no where even near all time high prices like we are if you are looking at dollars.Gold, of course, has it's own supply/demand mechanics.
