Li began hiring virtual assistants to scale a thriving wholesaling company in Philadelphia.

Not only will I be successful at navigating through such rough periods, but I will take the time to learn, grow, and thrive as I do when faced with any other challenges life throws at me.

I personally think that, ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL, holding forever is the simplest, least stressful path to wealth in RE.But some people, like Joe for example, clearly thrive on the process of recycling, and I suspect the thrill of the hunt.  

You have to have a certain amount of goverment to allow capitalism to thrive, but too much government and regulation will slow an economy down.

Fast forward to 1993 and tax hikes, the economy thrives.

Hope everyone is doing well & Business is thriving 💪 I was just wondering if there are interests in people looking to expand their portfolios down into the US 🇺🇸 as I am looking to kick-start my journey there! 

Buying a rental in a thriving market might be a better idea than buying my own home to live in.

As long as they are low, then all of the mechanisms that drive our economy can do so with a lot less overhead, so they thrive. 

However, if you believe your job is a hindrance to either your real estate career and or time with your family and you can either survive or thrive financially I would recommend you leave it immediately. 

This house was my home for the first 17 years of my life and I personally want to see it thrive.
