We have a program where we get you a line of credit (pre-approved) but we still have to have at least a desktop appraisal done so it cant be sight on scene.

What I find most hopeful is the art scene- there are some dedicated artists who are doing a lot in town including teaching the kids and hosting an awesome community fair-type gathering weekly.
