I’d imagine because it doesn’t realize it’s a 2/3/4 unit property and tries to figure out why it rented for such film different prices.

My job in Film/TV won't fire back up until what seems like June at the earliest!

You'd be surprised how quickly people tone it down, when they're being filmed.
