Since the unit is still occupied, I'm sure your current tenant would be understanding enough to film a video of your property, since that way no people would be passing through the property and there wouldn't be any possible exposure to the virus.

It makes it a lot easier to review 24 hours of film.

(By the way I moved from commercial production and video/film editing into real estate myself for the same reasons).  

Recall in the film the Big Short that it took a while for the Short to unfold and many investors wanted to pull their money.

Other than that, I would like to buy artwork and film and equipment for my YouTube channel. 

Filming starts in a few weeks in Washington DC and the surrounding areas, I'm actively looking for people who would want to participate.

I’d imagine because it doesn’t realize it’s a 2/3/4 unit property and tries to figure out why it rented for such film different prices.

My job in Film/TV won't fire back up until what seems like June at the earliest!
