They usually have better deals than HD or Lowes.

As long as I had money left in the loan, credit at HD and Lowes, and my CC wasn't maxed, I was going gang busters "over doing it".

Quick tip...Take a picture of it with your phone..I can find most anything at HD with pic..

I also get a 10% discount at HD/Lowes.My RE Agent supplied me with 11 COMPS but out of the 11 I only found 2 to be +/- 500sf, 10 years of construction and 1 br/baOf the two relative COMPS the sold price mean was $294,900 (I know that I need to pull more COMPS but it's a start) I'd be happy with $250,000 ARVMy question is does this property have good sweat equity potential?

I would buy a n orbital sander at HD for $25 and sand the whole thing until stuff stops flaking--much easier than scraping.

Yesterday I went to get Allure at HD for a property I'm getting ready, no problem on the cherry plank, bye the Ahlar I use in kitchens and baths is out and was told its discontinued along with Corfu, the Sedona color was still current, but I don't like the look as much.

The HD card is great, no interest for 6 mo.  

But they are a PITA to transport and carry. i have never picked up one at the store. always free delivery from HD.

I have been disappointed with the $29 one from hd.
