The more words you're blabbing while trying to defend yourself the more fuzzy the whole conversation gets, and the more likely your counterpart is completely missing the point you're trying to explain. 

Just because their hourly rate is not as high as a US counterpart doesn't mean their work is lower quality or that they are incapable.

agree that both parties are in a crisis mode, tho i'd argue that the left is far more polarized than the right, as far as their mainstream ideology is concerned. more people within the dem party are becoming more and more off-center than their repub counterparts. the msm (and grandpa with his speeches lately) would want you to believe otherwise. too bad repubs don't really have a platform other than "look at these loons on the left." they had the congress, senate, and presidency in 2016. blew it bigly.  

By the numbers, and many of my OH counterparts have discussed this with me, I would have to do any 3 properties in OH to match what I can do with 1 MN Twin Cities property.

When we cut down too much of the Amazon, Indonesian forests for wildfire, aren't able to grow food through extreme weather conditions and realize pesticides cannot keep away the new pests, then we fail ourselves, and the subsequent loss or migration of life means there's holes that won't be repaired in our lifetimes. 

I think right now this is anyone's guess, but I'd wager that my $400,000 1500 sqft 1950s build duplex here in Denver doesn't need substantially more than it's counterpart in Ohio in the way of CapEx and Maintenance.

Through my research, I have learned that dealing with some contractors can be tumultuous even for our male counterparts so I approach them after doing my due diligence and getting more than one quote for a major project.
