He has live music several times a week, has theme nights, like Mexican Food night- this is all great and within the terms of the lease.The tenant had a zumba night one week ago for the first time, and just posted to social media that they are starting a weekend early morning yoga series. 

Here's an excerpt from my lease that clearly states I am allowed to address similar situations:   (i) Yards, patios, balconies, vestibules, hallways, and entrances may not be used to store belongings or to dry clothes.

They are also hoarders and garage, house, and especially the basement are full of piles of cloths and junk.

Yes, when I'm working on my flip I'm in high heels, full makeup, hair done, nails done, and sexy yoga pants. 

This man doesn’t own any clothes or furniture and wear the same clothes always.

If you haven’t worn clothes in six months get rid of them.

All new clothes all the time, carwash at least twice a week, put styling gel in his hair.

Go to your local mens clothing store that is not Jos A Bank or the Mens Warehouse. 

And of course cafes, cool restaurants, yoga and crossfit places are always good. 

Everything is going very well besides the tenants are putting too much clothes in the washers.
