Last year several successive giant hail storms (some stones as big as baseballs and one tenant described them as being the size of cannonballs) reeked havoc on several of our properties: destroying roofs, landscaping, trees, fences, decks, paint, cracking windows/splintering window frames, and even broke some bricks on a parapet wall.
