I say that with a caveat because when you were around age 10 we were reeling thru the biggest economic slow down since the Great Depression. 

Florida was barely affected in the stock market crash of 1929 and the Great Depression, because of its poor financial state from the start.Market crashes always occur in the same manner.

If I had not I would be so depressed right now.

That kind of 'problem' is the hallmark of a disordered tenant.

There's already talk of rent riots to rival what happened in the depression (look up what the tenants did when the marshalls came).
