I was taken in and deceived by one of the many divisions of Zurixx (at that point dba "Fast Track Flips", "Your Driven Success", and "Advanced Real Estate Education") I will be monitoring the lawsuit from the FTC and am hoping that someday I can get on board a class action lawsuit myself, as I was taken for the full $1997 + >$41,000 + the thousands spent on the people portrayed as a finance company (known as "Foundation Funding", which didn't fund anything, they just opened 4 credit cards in my name and charged me thousands for the service-in-disguise -- I'm sure was a division of this same organization). 

In late 2018 this property owner's management agreement with us ended and he began working with a competitor.I got a letter from the Division of Real Estate yesterday.

The process for SB County seems to have less rules (so some people claim generally less strict), but it's much slower than YV (because the division managing applications is doing so for the entire county-- one of the largest in the nation).

@Matthew John I recently invested in Warren and now I’m having to deal with City of Warren Rental Inspection Division.

Zero dog in the fight but I know they have very experienced people running their self storage division and are buying themselves to my knowledge.

My experience is to contact the local credit unions near the property and ask for the commercial lending division (if the property is titled in an LLC, even if the property type itself is a residential property).
