Moral of the story. 

And there are so many scummy slimeballs everywhere selling their "courses" that don't take the real world into account because of their lack of experience or just plain fraudulent morality where they know anything sells if its hyped enough.  95% of the "courses" are rubbish and are just regurgitated material than anyone with a bit of reading or experience knows already. 

So, the moral of the story is, go ahead and do SEO & PPC but in the meanwhile you've got to eat so use more immediate types of marketing suitable for your market and your budget.  

I think that's also morally correct.

I have sent mail and tried cold calling the owners with the site address and numbers provided. no lucky yet. but the moral of the story is that you can find properties by adding to your daily workout routine! 

I have never spoken to a cop that didn't say that morale was at an all time low and that things are getting worse.

I guess the moral of the story is pick a well built, sturdy, building or you will have lots of repairs/complaints.Joe
