@Dick - In our city you have to have a fan or a working window and in new renovations I believe a fan is now required.

Wow those giant luxury buildings, and possably changing 2 yr to 3 yr, are big time game changers for the inventory of 100 year old duplexes.

They are a giant "rah rah" session with some of the most basic information that you can find online for free on these forums, and podcasts and ebooks.

Beyond the huge issue of taking a giant leap of faith with a TK partner, the more I learn about it the less I like it.
