If you plan to manage your property yourself, then the LLC will probably not offer you the personal liability shield you are looking for.

You are trying to operate a profitable business, and entrenched bad tenants shielded by a lease term are bad for business. 

Ever since visiting the BP site my computer has become infected with the BP virus!
