If you have a choice, shop at the ReStore that's closest to a neighborhood with houses the same age as yours - the ReStore tends to have items that came out of houses in the neighborhood around it.I am not affiliated with any companies mentioned.I hope this helps!

I read the section 8 bible book last year and that may be the closest thing to hearing someone have success, but even then I’m not sure if that was warzone or just low income .

WE do engineered hardwoods no LV  granite or quartz slabs under mount sinks upgraded lighting package and full finish carpenter wrapped windows .. along with all our closest are done by our finish carpenters no wire racks.. fully landscaped fully fenced .

Out of 12 rentals:2 paid early as they usually do (One pays on the 22nd every month)1 new tenant paid early3 paid on the 1st - 1 of those usually pays on the 4th or 5th1 paid Sunday - our preacher, who always pays on the Sunday closest to the 1st3 have not paid yet, but one I expect tomorrow and the other 2 always pay on the 5th.The other 2 are vacant, with tenants scheduled to move in on the 10th & 15th.No worries here.
