I'm sure there is a lot going on behind the scenes now that will manifest in ways that few can see today. 

Home to Fortune 500 companies like Sherwin-Williams and Progressive Insurance, strong arts & culture scene, 3 major sports teams, all of which create a healthy demand from renters and owner occupants alike that investors can benefit from.

Our goal is to give investors a truer behind the scenes look at Multifamily investing.

@Jay Hinrichskeep in mind MF does not have to go into default to wipe out investors equity.. and I am not saying any of the people your investing in are going to get wiped out.. just commenting that the stats for the real world are skewed since so many commercial loans get some sort of work out behind the scenes.. the bank gets paid but those with 25 to 35% of the cash in the deal may not get their money back..

How ironic of the timing of how this China Wuhan COVID-19 came on on the scene in December and China downplayed the news of it in January, then did an internet blackout on all reporting.  

He then proceeded to tell me that his water had clogged up throughout the house and the plumbers were on scene handling it.

But I rarely go there anymore.Pic of the 'crime scene blood spatters' they bolted from.  

Well since I only invest locally I rely on local knowledge, the business section of the local newspaper, talking to commercial RE brokers that always know what's happening with new developments and the business scene.

Anyone familiar with the Cleveland real estate scene have some good references?
