Have you tried Advion roach bait gel?

I've been to the meetups and I can definitely attest that it's a real life community of like-minded people who are go givers and all gel together well ! 

Now if only I could stop the "Gel Queen" from jamming the old bath tub P-trap with coagulated hair & gel it would be amazing accomplishment.

@Mark Marinaccio I am using a Heavy gel pen and then using a laser printer set to economy to print.

We raised their rent from $500 to $780 & they now pay for the bi-annual cleaning/servicing of the evap coil on the furnace because the smoke/nicotine residue is so heavy.

I don't even want to imagine what kind of drama would arise when the absent tenant returns to find someone that they simply don't gel with sitting on their couch watching TV lol.

A couple that come to mind are the house where we had to spray the wall with lysol and use a scraper to get the smoke and nicotine that was oozing off the wall or the place where dolomite was spread everywhere to control the fleas, or the place where the renter cut a hole in the floor and put the drain hose from the washer into the hole to drain under the house or the one with the rotted hole in the kitchen floor that you had to step around to avoid going through the floor, or the one where it took a full day just to scoop the dog poop from the floors and use kilz to cover the dog pee, let alone the back yard, and on and on it goes.

I put a 1.5" gel foam topper and a Serta waterproof padded cover over the whole thing.

Beyond that you've got constant fighting with the neighbors, layers of nicotine caked onto your walls, constant complaining, broken windows, no batteries in your smoke detectors, and a yearly Section 8 inspection that requires you to pay to fix a whole bunch of tenant caused damages. 

If you don't plan to enforce it, then get rid of the rule.The entire house needs to be deep cleaned, then you paint with an oil-based primer to seal in the odor and nicotine.
