The grandmother didn't want to press charges but the cops said it's automatic any time there's evidence of an assault Based on witness accounts, the woman was arrested and will be in jail until her court hearing in August.

The main reasoning being that a family of 4 doped up daily on meth will most likely not want to face a sheriff entering their apt and arresting any or all of them on the spot for drugs or paraphernalia on their person or personal belongings.I do like the sound of that, but can't seem to find any clear 'flat fee' eviction services in this area (Long Beach/Signal Hill) or surrounding LA area.

Hi BPrs,I just got a letter from the city attorney stating that i have a warrant out for my arrest and charged with "criminal housing violations"...however i had filied the evictions before the city even came out and condemed my property...and the police refuse to arrest them for tresspassing stating "too many gray areas"....i am seeing how the courts are protecting the "professional tenants". what would happen if i just go remove them myself!

Its at least a RICO case for the group committing looting the cvs and than burned a cop car up the street from the CVS..... who knows what they will do next if they get away with it all after they spend all the money they make from selling the stolen the drugs from the CVS...I have faith that National guard can assist the state police to lock down the curfew tonight and hopefully every local detective will be on duty tonight and there will be record arrests and hopefully catch the few bad seeds that are probably causing the violence...

Montgomery Sr. said Wednesday that Jackson never had a "pay-to-play" conversation with Blagojevich.The governor is accused of trying to profit from his authority to appoint a replacement to fill President-elect Barack Obama's Senate seat.Montgomery says Jackson "never authorized anyone to seek the governor's support" for anything of value.And he says Jackson isn't aware of any associates having made such an overture on his behalf.Montgomery says Jackson learned he was mentioned in the complaint against Blagojevich the night before the governor's arrest on Tuesday.
