Several years ago they wanted to assure they sold quickly, and under-priced slightly to keep the inventory moving quickly to prevent a bottleneck of too much inventory they couldn't handle.

Lack of good contractors and feasible properties seem to be our bigger bottlenecks. 

The bottle neck is affordable lead generation, and my hands are essentially tied as far as alternative ways to generate lead flow, due to exclusivity agreements and such.
