I just do not personally go deal with the public I am a behind the scenes funder by the time the deal gets to me you guys have worked through all the issues.In my personal stuff which is building and heavy remodels this is somewhat different... and title and escrow is total different west coast to east coast.I have done a fair bit of work in ATL metro.. and you need a team there to watch your docs.. mistakes are common with closers in ATL.. scribner errors.. wrong name on the deed .. need corrective deeds etc etc.. some really wild stuff happens there..

Not good.So I know the behind the scenes of SEO enough to take that knowledge and improve on it and make it all white hat.Overall the 3 lead/day training is highly recommended.. but again just be careful how you apply certain stuff.So is the 3 lead/ day advanced stuff?
