Install a large camera.  

Never hire GC's or contractors out of desparation, put remote cameras on every jobsite & stop laying awake at night worrying if you've bit off more than you can chew.

Plus another $3000 for security lighting, cameras, barred doors, etc..Crime stats are three times higher than Houston, you need to add security to have a good tenant and not have car windows smashed in.

I would recommend getting security cameras, flood lights, and beware of dog signs for your properties which can be pretty cheap.

Maybe put in one or two exterior cameras.  

Remove all, change the locks, maybe install a camera or two just in case, and done.

Install cameras everywhere, Motion lights, Alarms.

I agreed to let him put on these camera and he also agreed to patch up and uninstall them when move out, but he fail to do that.
