Privacy from neighbors - can they see everything you do?

What if everyone else is assuming the inside is trashed and writing the home off, when in reality the seller is just an idiot and/or very concerned about their privacy?

Is one on one conversations possible, but FOR ME in today's world I think we ought to forget privacy on some levels............but also as always say who knows.......and then I get into perception and perspectives and it gets really crazy or interesting........ so I will close here as I need to use less words rather than more, but that might never happen unfortunately??

Additionally, you add some layers of privacy. 

I can refer you to a few options to get your entity created with competence but it would probably make sense for us to connect over the phone to discuss further...and not over a forum (time and privacy considerations). 

But the law idea runs into privacy issues,  I personally doubt it will happen.

If I wanted to be more aggressive, I could have picked two roommates and had it so they covered the whole mortgage, but I wanted a little more privacy so we did the upstairs/downstairs plan I mentioned above.

I am seriously thinking about going to someone else as this lack of care of my privacy information worries me.
