On a different topic, I was sad this AM when at Lowe's, they didn't have seed one for winter gardens.

I am trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can and have a set plan so when I do transfer all I have to do is put it into action.

I am fairly new to BiggerPockets but have been listening to podcasts on my commute to work to soak up as much as I can.

I've been reading some books lately and I'm trying to soak up as much as I can.

Unless you are trying to plant a seed and down the road make them investor a whole lot more of the pie then this deal. 

I'm soaking up as much knowledge as possible, through podcasts, various youtube videos, guides here on Bigger Pockets, and anyone who's willing to talk real estate with me.I've started looking into the local REIA groups to meet other investors in the area, just to get some insight into challenges, triumphs, and over all experience in the business here in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
