I call them the greed restriction, since the whole idea is that if the bank is taking less they want to make sure they get all they can as if they are not smart enough to know what a property is worth....that if there is a dollar out there, they want it.They just thought they were getting the short hair on quick flips.Restrictions are to the transfer of title.

What's strange to me is that I see fitness training, hair distributors, all kinds of repairs, and even local sports recruiters, that utilize bandit signs but these signs are NEVER removed.

And my big question is how long do you leave on the Grecian Hair formula?

If you have been lurking that long, then you know I have a great BS Meter, so I just don't go there with some hair brained idea unless I really need to.

Personally, my husband and I do hair and houses.  

I am currently going throught the exact same situation.... original closing date was July 31 then pushed back to last friday the 14th now this whole week back and forth trying to get final Deed, HUD and POA signed to close we are waiting and pulling our hair out.!! 

@Julie Beall I have not rented to a hair salon, but I bought a building that had a hair salon in it.
