That’s an important distinction to make, as subject to financing is a niche strategy — there are a time and a place to use it.

Its just like building new construction we expect to make a profit but we need to be properly licensed bonded and insured.. so the biggest rub is the non license activity and a totally unregulated activity.. now many wholesalers have their cash lined up take title resell etc and that is were the states make the distinction..
