Excluding some areas with higher property taxes and the wonderful RITA tax (long as you don't live in this state you will not know the pleasure of this), its very economically diverse. 

For those who have not had "the pleasure" I thought I'll share...I got a text on Thursday night from a tenant informing me that there was sewage in the basement and it was comming out of the floor drain.

We were very happy to get $1300 for 2 of them and $1200 for the 3rd as we cut a deal with an ideal tenant, missionaries from our church (they wire their money 1 to 2 weeks early every month, have their own clean check and are a pleasure to have around).  

This will be purely for pleasure and to stay busy.
