We might as well take advantage of “working for the man.”As time is a premium for us, we will probably not be doing any door knocking or yellow letters to find properties – at least not yet.

But obviously, he's a business man, a very successful one at that so he knows how to make his money and his 50/50 strategy really is great for people who want to go that route...

My area has really cracked down on slumlords I was quoting repairs for a man a short time ago that lost his house due to back taxes and the city brought him up on charges for repairs and the judge said "I want these items fixed or fines and jail time will be imposed even if you have to buy the property back to do them" fines were 200$ a day per violation...

I paid the bug man a few hundred 3-4-5 and signed up for a year contract (every three months) he comes to spray.

My suggestion is buy where you live my man as it makes life quite a bit easier even if you don't plan on managing the property from here on out.

There are some folks that only want to deal with a man, a woman, a realtor, an investor, a developer, or a neighbor.
