This comment is very true, I expected to close already but I'm doing a major rehab, and their communication of their requirements has been poor and resulted in a lot of unnecessary delays.

I'm not saying you're coming across as self-righteous in yours posts writ large; I haven't read any of your posts outside of our back-and-forth.I will say, though, that it seems unnecessary to tag your friends, many of whom I see frequently in the forums and admire, to validate you and poop on me.
