It seems like the wealthier residents would have more of an incentive to move because of taxes (and other regulations) than the average citizen would.Admittedly this data is a little old but I suspect it still holds true.

I'm sure the county, road & bridge, nav and port, drainage district, water control, city and ISD all nominate people who have the average citizen's best interests at heart : /.They need to cap the rate increase to .10 or .20 per 100 every 3/4 years (freeze it in between).

This city’s citizens have an amazing amount of hubris, and as much as we love to beat on it sometimes, it’s an absolutely gorgeous city and we don’t take kindly to people from CA beating on it for us ;).
