what other majors answers besides Hvac, roof, pool resurfacing, pool pump, would it be smart to know the answers too besides purchasing?

We painted that building white and painted the roof a gray color along with resurfacing the parking lot.

@Valerie Smith Paint with a decent enamel, inexpensive new hardware and if the countertops are not damaged look at the resurfacing pint sold at places like Home Depot.
