There were a couple great silver light fixtures that were original to the house I was able to save and the old fashioned crystal door knobs, those were my two favorite things that I was able to re-use.

Reading through the posts, however, I find it less interesting to hear people go on and on about what their crystal ball says about the future, and more interesting to hear how they are currently positioning their investments/portfolio in the face of current risks.  

Too bad none of us have a crystal ball ;)As for now, I'm picking up extra shifts at my second job and saving as much money as I can while I keep an eye out for any opportunites.
