IMHOYellow letters - Use two separate letters if sending a PC, three if only sending YLers and keep the copy short.Postcards - same layout, the copy can vary however I would stay with one.Typed - various and refer back to a previous letter.

Great in theory.....funny thing MAJORITY of what they were teaching I read for FREE in a book from the library called "No Money Down" and what i've read from spending time on BiggerPockets!!!

I'm using PostcardMania for a 3 month PC (once every month for 3 months) campaign for 1,000 absentee owners.

We are on our 4th mailing of a 3000 pc list and the leads are increasing and of higher quality with every mail. 

text pc  first then yellow then large text pc then professional letter then greeting card then zip
