Also a lot of tired landlords trying to sell their empire of crap on MLS or Craigs.

Later on, during the fall of the Empire, the centurions were far better paid, but in the time of Christ...no.As for WHY an angel of the Lord would value a man's generous gifts so regardless of their value, doesn't Luke 21:1-4 make that perfectly clear?

Just empirically from reading BP the last few years, most first-time investors seem to equate "BRRR" with buying a "free house".
