Expenses on the frivolous and unnecessary are pretty much always a factor.If you are doing what your broke friends are doing, keeping up with the Joneses, go ahead and pay 10% and 10 points.  

I also have a case for unnecessary damage to the slab.

I think it’s unnecessary to move tenants out for them to inspect.

It's always amusing to me that many of the same folks on this forum that routinely trash property managers as completely unnecessary, are simultaneously pumping that they are worth 6 or 7 percent of the sales price for their own expertise.  

Having said that, when dealing with customers or sub contractors that I have a relationship with, these distributions are unnecessary.  

Rents are trickling in for May, despite the courts being closed, despite the governor's well-publicized, completely unnecessary proclamation encouraging not to pay rent for 3 months. 

So that their family doesn't have unnecessary hassle, on top of grief of loss. 

Not to bring unnecessary emotional baggage to a business thread, but there is a higher weight on my shoulders to take care of a property that my family worked very hard to get, which is why I cam to this site in the first place.
