A contractor with experience should be able to do it  or a pest control company that identifies the damaged parts and a contractor who tells you what it is gonna cost to repair it..

The property tax is a scam, the houses fall apart and are have been made by track builders (Perry Homes) with the lowest standards of workmanship, the pests and humidity require more maintenance than any house I have ever owned.

Starts with some networking, then he talks about what you will learn, then introduces the sponsers/booths (like pest control, SD IRA, etc...), then it breaks into his hour or so lecture - no guru's but sometimes guests or panels.

Hey @Zack Aboona also here in Kentucky I have heard pest control companies say, "you house either has termites or will have termites", I feel like that is more of a tagline to sell their services, but the point is, it is common.

On the pest control bugs are not that bad unless the house has termites already, you might look to having this done twice a year.

If you have to pay a double owner tax for being non resident then you will want to facture that into your expenses to or if pest control is needed.
