@Ashley Wolfe, this is my 2nd full year of doing VR. 

My budget is around $500k-$600k and I plan to use this property as my primary residence while using the extra room(s) as a VR.

And our STRs in a lucrative STR VR market paid for the trip.

There will never be a ban on VR's as our area needs and encourages the tourism.
