I am concerned if tenant vacates (who is original tenant for last 6 years ever since i bought this property hoping she will extend lease which is coming up in 4 months from now) it will be bit hard to take care of mortgage for many months from money from my pocket.

@Justin Kates you want to be careful how you build tenant relationships.It should be business-based, not friendship-based. 

But what's most compelling is that he's managed to curate a group of people who also care for each other and care about HOW they conduct business.

Nobody you know cares you are an agent....you still have to ask them and remind them you need their assistance in refering your clients. 

Politicians care about 1 thing and 1 thing only, votes.
