I have looked into short term but I am afraid of the off season ( not all sports are as important as football down there).One thing I would like to find out is the typical room rate for houses or apartments.

I mean there are many segments of the population that consider this to be part of the global warming (or whatever the politically correct name for this is lately) political football, meaning you may offend some but you may also attract some.Have you thought of that?

This area is near a University with a huge football scene so weekends during football season get a premium, graduation, etc.Any advice on the best sites that have shown to be the most accurate would be great.

I played football at the two schools but just recently lost my career due to injury.

I would probably ding on value for not providing reasonable access to college football (all of my rentals are in SEC territory).

Afterall, you wouldn't play baseball using the rules of football.

I even had 3 football players in one for a few years and they left the place in great shape.

Tickets to football games are nice, but understanding taxes, so I don't have to qualify, is fantastic.
