Use tools like:Airbnb Analytics: Monitor impressions, clicks, and overall CTR.IntelliHost: Analyze your listing for category placement and CTR improvements.RankBreeze: Track your listing's performance and ranking changes.You can also A/B test your photos by rotating lead images or running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads to measure which photo drives the most engagement.The Airbnb algorithm is continuously evolving and every host should pay attention as new features are rolled out. 

That doesn’t mean you have to start a podcast, but I do recommend staying active on your socials, post a weekly video on Instagram or X, write a short newsletter, or share insights that help you stay visible.Keep your network close, but don’t overdo it.

However I think I heard that there was a change the if your not doing insta book with easy cancelations that Airbnb recommends the algorithm will keep your property lower in the views than somebody else that does have the recommended settings.

For inspiration on properties, I love following cabins, treehouses, A-frames, etc on Instagram and just cruising on Airbnb.
