For those who’ve been doing this for a while, what’s one tip you’d give to someone starting out?

A big reason many agents are suffering right now is because they don’t respond to clients fast enough.

I know CMHA is going insolvent like others said above...but also between pictures, area, updates and comparables will dictate how fast your unit rents. is this second rental located in the same area as the first one that rented quickly?
