With the level of development around here, our winter/offseason has generally been filled by construction crews, but bdays, funerals, and everything in between that families celebrate drive traffic to the Triangle.

There are some posters after reading some of their post over a period of years I would be Very reluctant to engage them on any controversial topic.  

I take the issue of sponsors acting as fiduciary to their investors very seriously, regardless if they are legally required to or not, and plan to create a platform that calls out those who don't, and celebrates those who do.

Funny thing is this isn't even controversial to anyone but the most know-nothing retail wanna-b's.
